Why Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic technique that uses muscle monitoring to find out the causes of dis-ease in our system. It is based on neurology and energy medicine to rebalance the body to help bring it back to optimum health.

In Kinesiology we look at the body as a whole. The mental, physical, environmental and emotional aspects of a person are all interconnected and need to be assessed together to find the causes of one’s imbalance/s.

In a nutshell, everything is energy, our heartbeat, our thoughts, our movements, what we eat, say and do. When one of these is out of balance it can throw everything else out. This is when we start to feel the effects; this can be as little as headaches and migraines to depression and chronic pain. Kinesiology can find the cause of the symptoms and readjust the energy to correct the problem. Once this is done, easing of the symptoms can occur.

Why Use Kinesiology?

This is a very gentle natural therapy. There are no invasive needles, no physical pain. Most of all there is no need to relive traumatic experiences from the past that may be the cause of today’s symptoms. We use light touches and a series of specialised techniques to adjust the bodies energy systems.

Will Kinesiology work for me?

I ask you this-

  • Are you ready to move forward and make a change in your life?

  • Are you ready to take responsibility for yourself, where you are and where you want to go?

  • Are you ready to let go of the past?

  • Are you willing to work with me in this journey of healing your life?

Kinesiology, as with any therapy is a joint effort between the practitioner and the client. If you want me to transform your life, this is not for you.

If you are willing to work together in healing your life to help you become the best you can be, then you are already on the road to growth by making that acknowledgement. And then I say ‘Yes’, now kinesiology is right for you and can help make a difference to your world.
